Well I haven't done anything wrong. I've only been spoken to negatively once in 7 years. So I think i'm oaky but, there are rumors of down sizing the management team.

Yeah I'm the type that worries over nothing all the time also. It holds me back so much in life to be honest. I wish I knew how to fix it. We'll see what happens this week hopefully I still have a job next week at this time.

Not necessarily. I've noticed that a lot of companies tend to boot the older guys because they "cost" more. The younger guys cost less and will tend to work more for less. I wouldn't worry Mike. The older guys have more to worry about because they've been there longer and probably get paid more to do less. At least I'm sure they feel that way. You know, the whole "I've been here a lot longer and earned the right to do nothing" attitude people tend to adopt.
