I know the feeling bro trust me. The city has t out for me since they cannot mess with my mother(also works for the city) they have taken a days pay for me walking in on time on the dot and then they moved me to day shift because they thought i was in school this semester. Just gotta ride it all out things get better. I am on the uphill side of things finally, I had a rough patch recently as well.

What's the deal with your mom Mike? This is the second post I've seen where you said the city is fucking with you cuz they cant get to your mom. Or something along those lines....

Well, i am not supposed to go into detail, but basically my mom was harassed at work and the city kinda brushed it under the rug and is still making her work with the guy who did it. Due to the fact that mom has a case against them they cannot touch her because that would just give her a stick to beat them with. Therefore, they will mess with me to attempt to send a message to her. Kinda like we will mess with him until you back off. thats basically it in a nutshell

Ahhhh, ok. That sucks. I'm surprised both of you still work there.  Since I was 1 years old it was just me and my mom against the world and there's been one instance even though my mom is married now when I had to check somebody who got out of line.  And this was a guy at her government job. I had a couple friends meet with him after he got off and gave him a nice talking to so that her and I had no direct involvement. About 2 weeks later he "unexpectedly" transferred to their  NY office.....

If you can show that your job was affected in any way after your mom had this case you also have a case against them. I've delt with some HR/ harassment stuff, and if you brought up how you thought you were being treated they would def. be found in the wrong. At least this is based on my exipirence.

Yeah mom stays cause she is close to retirement and since she is in the process of a complaint she is untouchable. As for me, they can mess with me until her case is thru, then i will file an EEOC complaint.

Also, My dad is a retired Lt. from the city so he knows exactly what to do and how to get all of this done

FUCK PEOPLE right now!!! I PAID my friend to work on my dirtbike because i did not have time to work on it and he got some of the work accomplished(all the work that he could do without me buying parts that i cannot afford)... I got a call from a freind who works with a guy looking to buy a bike and has cash in hand... so i call my friend and ask him if he has started it or anything. He says it has no gas (believale because it was almost empty when he got it and the fuel line was leaking) and he says it has no spark plug. I had put a brand new plug in the bike 2 weeks before he got it... a few weeks later he was joking or so i thought, that he traded plugs with me because his was fouled. now his stry changed again and says it never had a plug... WTF? To make things even better he is saying that i owe him a storage fee for him keeping my bike so long. the fee is being asked for because he agreed to sell a car to my cousin and that it would pass emissions so my cousin put a down payment on it and he spent the money... so now he owes my cousin 500 and is telling me i owe him 100 for storage fee WTF!!

Happy Easter Everyone, just last night at the Easter Pascal Event at our church my fiance' and I recieved our confirmation in a very beautiful ceremony. Now we can get married by church, which we will be doing probably next year in the Dominican Republic. I visited the church on my recent trip there and I have to say the church is beautiful.
