It was a typo. I tried to knock off some of the snow. I could knock the snow off, but there was pretty much solid ice underneath that. So, it pretty much was pointless.

the side that I work for, at least, will put me up in a hotel because we HAVE to be here to pay people (payroll company) but I dont think they'll do it for any of the other departments. I'd much rather have the day off and use my personal time to keep getting paid. we have enough of that plus vacation time that I wouldn't be hurt unless we got another blizzard like last year. not to mention that my job will be done whether I'm here or not, so things don't pile up
