Ordered white LED interior light kit for the RDX and some misc. parts for the Accord. Also, replaced the PS rear caliper and rear brake pads.

Pulled the head off the motor. Now I'll be getting ready to pull the motor out of the car.

Damn dude. It never ends with that motor does it?
Back OT, I lowered my car a little bit more yesterday and did a little body work on my front fenders so they look less like bacon and more like pulled fenders.

Installed the yak rack a couple days ago equipped with FrontLoader Bike and Inno 6 Ski/4 Snowboard attachments. I'm picking up an almost brand new stretch kit and additional Lockjaw Bike attachment tonight off of a CL dude
Finalized the sale of the 19" Gen Coupe wheels with a gentlemen up here from Louisiana working in the oil & gas field - I told him to come pick 'em up in the morning when it won't be raining. Their new home will be a Lexus GS430 (lucky for him I still kept Manny's Lexus center caps from his IS250)

Pulled the motor out of my car with help from Ken. Took a quick look at the cylinder walls to check for damage. Hopefully the machine shop will say that all I need is a fresh hone. I will be contacting CP about the failed piston to see if they will cover it under warranty.

It seems the cat is out of the bag as to what caused a problem. Hopefully you get it sorted man.
Summing up the last week here:
Reshaped my front fenders by making my inner lips not flat against the sheet metal for dat strength. That made my fenders look a lot less like bacon. More body shaping to come. :Winning:
Installed stainless steel, super low profile bumper quick release latches thanks to my tabs getting ripped. Not everyone's cup of tea but its certainly better than a flappy front bumper. :kind of winning:
Found yet another ripped inner CV boot but on the driver's side. Ordered a replacement inner boot for $10 shipped to my door.
Lowered another 1/2" all around. Fenders are now halfway down the sidewalls and can still turn full lock. :winning again:
Pics will come when I feel like washing the car again and breaking out the potato.

Disassembled my motor and got it ready to bring to the machine shop for a re-hone (hopefully).

Washed and claybarred the car. Probably the first time the car has ever had a claybar touch it. Going to wax it when I get back from Publix (not in my car). This is the first week I've had time to clean it up since buying the car. Damn you college!
I've also been looking around for some caliper rebuild kits and new slide pins for my rear calipers. The inside pads are completely worn out while the outside pads are fine.
