IFO is the only nationally touring Import series that can successfully register, park, judge, and award 150 to 350 show car entries within one day.  This quick, easy process is one reason IFO has grown to be the largest touring Import series in the nation.  After purchasing your score card at the front gate, park exactly where and how the judges tell you (inside the yellow tape).  

Contestants are welcome to bring pop up tents, grills, and chairs, just be sure to tell judges before parking that you will need an open spot next to your car.  The judges will not give you space after another car has already been parked next to you.  If you are wanting to park with your car club, make sure the entire team arrives at the same time.  If you come inside together, you will be parked together.  

During judging, do not talk to the judges.  IFO is a one day event, so judges do not have time to listen to contestants give details on all their modifications.  If the judges have a question about your car, they will ask you.  

Another reason IFO has grown to be the largest Import series is because of it's fair judging.  However, realize that all car show judging and some classing is based on opinion. Judging is a qualitative, not quantitative process. Another words, having the most modifications does not guarantee a win.  If you lose, bow out gracefully and do not complain.  IFO will not listen to illegitimate complaints on judging (example, “my car should have won because it's a prettier red!”).  However, if there is an obvious mistake and you have a legitimate complaint, feel free to ask the judges immediately after the awards ceremony (example, “why did a Honda Civic win the Best Nissan class?”).

Registration

All spectator tickets and competitor registration forms are sold on the day of the show at the front gate.  

SHOW PRICES
Spectator $15 with flier (regular $17) *flyers printed off computer ok to use - right click on flyer image, print. Coupon only good for spectator admission.
Children 10 and under FREE
Car Show Entry $25 (does not include free passenger pass). *Note, IFO only charges $25 per car show entry, not $50 to $60 like other events.
Test and Tune Drag Racer $25 (open to any make/model)
Competition Drag Racer $25 (sport compacts and imports onlyl)
Burnout Contest FREE (after pay spectator admission to get inside)
Crank It Up Contest prices on http://www.SoundOff.org (must pay IFO spectator fee to get inside)

Contestants can only either compete in the car show or drag race, not both.  Car show contestants must keep their car in the display area for the judges to review, so not possible to run on the drag strip too.  

FREE COMPETITION ENTRY vouchers are given to car show contestants and heads up racers (not bracket racers) who travel from 200 miles or further away. To receive your free competition entry voucher, email the following information to hybridentertainment78@yahoo.com (information must be emailed at least 1 one week before show).

1) First and last name
2) City, State traveling from (must be on drivers license)
3) Make/model car
4) 1/4 mile time and engine setup ONLY if planning to race, not show.
5) Picture attachment of your car or online link to picture.

as I said in an earlier post, my place is like 25 minutes away.

If we want to make this a MASSIVE gathering with people from all over the NE I have some floor space that people can crash on if they want. Also there is a hotel down the road that is never full.
