Not a huge fan of subway. Way too much bread. All the bread burns so slow. Bread is not a very good carb. If I eat subway, I have to pinch off the sides of the bread and take the end of it off.

I'm pretty strict on my meals. Even with the flatbread it's still a lot of bread

Are you keeping track of your macros, Country?
I don't like Subway because I think the ingredient quality is subpar.
If you stick to whole grain bread though, you should be fine; as long as you hit your macros. Granted, protein is the most important macro. Whole grain bread is considered a complex carb, so its a good carb to eat.

Macros?
Macronutrients. Basically, it's a calculation of how many grams of protein, how many grabs of carbohydrates, and how many grams of fat you should aim to eat per day.

I'm sort of doing that. Basically I eat about 1.5 grams of protein per pound of muscle weight a day. Thats about it

yeah, same here. i don't really pay much attention to the carb or fat macros; i just figure it would fall somewhat in line with eating healthy and trying to hit my protein macro. i'm debating if i should keep track of it for a couple days though and see what the numbers actually look like.
I'm going to try and get to the gym today after work. I usually go in the morning, but I could not wake up that early this morning. I'm planning to go for another 5 mile run either tomorrow or Sunday..

Tuna In a pouch is not appealing to me. It comes in a can.

Tuna in a can just tastes fishy. I don't like the fishy taste. Which is why I love tuna salad. Plus tuna(and most all fish) is very lean).

A little fishy is ok, but I dont like the overwhelming fish taste. Hence why I usually lean towards tilapia. I went to a Mediterranean restaurant the other day and noticed they had tilapia. It was Mediterranean spiced grilled tilapia with a Greek salad plus white rice. A-fucking-mazing.
