So I finally redid the wiring on the speedo on my bike and when I reconnected it, I found this...
Its either some crazy glitch or its from the down side of the Verazano (sp?) bridge from the Five Boros. I was pedaling like crazy in top gear the whole way down. Its a stretch... But pretty crazy on a bike. Haha

Its weird because nothing else changed, the mileage and everything else is exactly what I set it at before NY when the battery died.
I was pissed when the battery died too cause I lost my original top speed of 41.5, and that one was legit.

Haha, yeah that was before I got my helmet too... Didn't really try that again. But I bought the bike off my boss and his top that was on the bike was 39.5... so you know I had to beat it!

Did a little ridin today on my day off...
Started out as my normal route and then I thought, how much further could it be to easton.

That reminds me that I need a mount for my phone. I use that to log ally rides.

Pushed an older Accord for a quarter mile because it wouldn't start. That's my workout for the day.

I still did a small workout after that. But go push your car around for a few, then see how you feel.

So I've been running a regular 2 mile route for the past couple weeks to get myself used to running again. I decided to start adding distance to my run, so I added half a mile to my run yesterday. I feel like that last half mile was easier to run than the first two..
I'm planning to stick with this distance for a week or so, then add another half mile or mile. I'm trying to figure out how much I should add to my weekly distance, then add to each individual run accordingly. For now, I'm keeping my distance consistent between runs; but eventually, I want to have the next run be longer than the previous one.
