^dude, just let em fly!  if you're referring to when you're around women.. who cares, if they don't laugh or make a huge scene.. kick em to the curb. hahaha

what grinds my gears is that my company is only offering 3% raises now.. and i've been here over a year and get my performance evaluation after working my ass off for a measly 3 fucking percent?!  Not to mention the huge fuck up with the health insurance.. being uninsured is kind of scary.. ARGHHHH!!!!

damm that sucks man only 3% I only been at my job for 6months and already got a 8%raise and I have another 8% coming from passing probation lol

but what grinds my gears is having to deal with to many two face people here at work who will turn there back on you in a second.

It sucks when you don't get a raise like my company did this year.  I guess that's better than losing my job though.

What grinds my gears is subordinates who think they know it all and seem to forget they are exactly that. Subordinates. Don't get me wrong, I don't push my rank around but when I'm right, it's how it fucking works. Period.

As far as Nick Greene goes, I'll jump on the hating bandwagon even though I don't know who the fucker is.
