if anyone here has watch family guy  you will know what im talking about if not "what grinds your gears" is really what gets YOU MAD!  ......yes in caps cuz im screeming this.... you know what grinds my gears when an idiot at work misplaces some checks and then tries blaming it on you...that my friends grinds my gears

LOL!!! As soon as I saw the title Family Guy is the first thing I thought of.

What really grinds my gears is that I just found out that my 10 year old sister was bein harassed by another 10 year old girl late in the school year last year and I'm just now finding out about it! And by harassed I mean stories were made up that the harassing girls mother took nude photos of my sister as well as stalker like emails. This lil bitch was crazy! I talk to my mom and sister at least once a week so there was plenty of opportunities for me to find out.  Only reason I wasn't told was because I tend to fly off the handle and act irrational in situations such as this when it comes to family. They're too fucking right too cuz now that I do know shit's gonna get interesting.

Lol, it's the other way around for me. NO ONE shifts over a lane to let the onramp people get in the right lane. It's like they want you to crash into the side guard rails. Fucking assholes.

^At least people around there fly onto the highway. People around here think you're supposed to get on the 55mph highway at 40mph on ramp speed and then look at you like you're the dumb one. I wish I had a character like Gazoo from the Flinstones that would right messages on a dry erase board to tell people how stupid they are when driving sometimes.

^+1 What really grinds my gears is having bosses who dont lead by example. For example! I had a meeting with him and our regional director today. He complains about how I skip first workouts and/or are never on time for them. As I sit and talk with the regional director who was there late but atleats phoned to tell me, he arrives at 215, we talk for 30 minutes and at 245 my boss strolls up 45 minutes late no explanation at all. Screw that guy! Long story short I resigned today and have an interview at another job tomorrow morning

Oh and another one! You know how they let people that need special assistance board airplanes first? I really hate the folks that sprint through the airport, and then when they get to the gate suddenly they can't walk!!

Ignorance and the lack of education go together quite nicely. What grinds my gears are extremely one sided/ignorant people. Ones that WILL NOT even consider that there may be another side to an issue or a belief. I like pushing these people's buttons because they are quite easy to piss off.

Also, people who think it's a good idea to put their political/religious views on their fucking cars. They are just increasing the chances of being keyed. No one is going to change another person's views with a fucking bumper sticker. Their is ALWAYS going to be someone that disagrees with that sticker and the car probably will get keyed...

Please note, I am posting with everyone's views in mind. Not trying to offend anybody b/c I know this is a touchy subject. What grinds my gears is simply when a person decides that his/her view is better than everyone else's without looking at the other side. It's like saying my backyard is better than everyone else's while I have only been in my backyard.
