I hope you take the time to fill in the gap at the bottom of the "dip" on the grille.

yeah it was cracked. I had to bondo it waited like 2 days sand it down, then wet sanded it down, and more sanding. it hurts man all of this was done by hand. then I had to sand the rims and fix all the curbage and sand again... I need to find another project where I don't have to sand stuff.

So, are you going to fill in the gap with the grille? If it were me, I'd build up the edge of the grille with a bit of duraglass.

I have a mesh grill that sitting on the side still. I still need to cut a little bit more to get it to fit better. There is like a 1/2in gap around the edge of the grill. I dont know what to do with that. I tired fiberglass to it but it doesn't stick to the grill even though i sanded it down to fiberglass.

Let's hope that it will be nearly as durable! You should make a profile here too

You're going to want to make sure that when you sand the edge of the grille that you're trying to add material (i.e. duraglass/bondo) that it's not smooth. You want to use a coarse grit sand paper so there are deep scratches in the surface. That creates mechanical adhesion for the filler to grab on to.
