It might.  Some people are car enthusiast no matter what.  For instance when you see a lot of these stars and their cars they'll usually have 1-2 "normal people" cars just because they like cars in general.  Cuz dont forget some of the cars in these movies could eat their Ferrari's alive, just like that Supra ate up that Ferrari in the first one.

Lol it's a movie.. Do you really think Ferarri vs. Supra ends that way? They drove the eclipse after blowing the motor up to you know! That was very realistic. The actors are signing on to do the third movie for a pile of reasons, and the all have dead presidents on them!

Depending on how it's built and tuned it very well could end that way.  When you have the kind of money they did that scenario movie or not becomes very realistic.  Cars are being built like that every day. Like I'm sure you'd be surprised what some of Paul's J36 builds could do especially when you throw a supercharger into the mix, some special things can happen. LOL!
