But there's nothing civil about your car Tim. Why make it civil now?
Trust me. The stiffer mounts make my car violent.
Anyway, I was able to get the bushings in after chamfering the bottom so they go in easier. I also picked up my sub frame from my welder. I just need to hit it with some paint and I should be ready to bolt everything back on and put everything back in.

Denny, I am also not a fan. Glad you're selling it.
Clemente, yes. I'm going Dow. From 85A to 75A bushings to see if it makes things a little more civil in my car.
Am running 75a different mounts but am sure its about same in experience cold starts are bit harsh till you break them in but once car is warm up its not as bad you do get the vibrations but there livable never overwhelming, best part no more wheel hop

Violence isn't always bad but I can understand what you mean.

Even though it's a weekend warrior, it's the kind of car that I'd like to be able to take on road trips. I have a good audio system, plenty of power, and it doesn't look half bad. I'd prefer to take my Accord over the Fit. Hopefully these 75A bushings calm things down a bit. I realize that I have removed the vibration reducing weights from the sub frame. Also, the fact that I'm running a k20a2 oil pump can increase engine vibration because it doesn't have the heavy balance shafts like the k24 pumps do. Either way, we will see what happens with these. I don't think it's practical to go any softer than 75A with the amount of power I'm making right now and the power that I'm going to be making with the new blower.
Thinking about my next blower upgrade. I've been looking at Whipple W140AX's now.

The accord is in the body shop, getting a new front and rear bumper from a minor fender bender and the hood needed to be replaced so no more airbrush

Just dropped it off at the stealership for an oil change, tranny fluid change and power steering hose recall.
