I totally understand.  You guys can vote for 2 different weekends BTW.  At the same time, if there are 2 separate dates that are a few weeks apart, I can always host 2 smaller meets.  It would be great to get everyone out here at once, but it would be cool to have more than one meet.

Had to change my vote since I have a graduation to attend that weekend...Honestly, I can probably attend any weekend except memorial day weekend.

I wish I could drive there.  Cursed Pacific Ocean.  I don't know how I would convince my wife to fly to OH for a "BBQ"... LOL.

That all depends on what you would want to do out here.  We have a bunch of cool shit out here.  There are 2 big amusement parks, the National Air Force Museum, and some other cool shit.  Up in MI there's the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.

I'm not voting because I don't want to lock someone else into a day that may not work for them.  I should be able to work my schedule around any date.

I can't vote yet either, and mostly because I can't predict my work schedule that far out yet..  I also need to figure out which weekends fall on my typical off friday, so I wouldn't have to use up as much PTO..
