So I had the battery replaced on my iPhone today. The fucker still overheats. The guy said that the processor might be shot. He said its not worth fixing. Anybody ever heard of that?

Not really. Phones do get hot from using them over extended periods of time since they don't have very good cooling but the processor being shot is new to me.

Well, if the phone ends up completely dying, I'm going to end up getting a cheap pre-paid one for a couple of months until hopefully the next iPhone comes out. I really don't want a 4s

So this morning I figured out that when the phone is in airplane mode, it works normal. It's only when it's connected to a network that it starts to heat up and drain the battery.

Figured out the problem. It's with Microsoft exchange. Apparently on my last restore it ended up screwing up something and now exchange is constantly looking for emails. That's why the problem doesn't exist when it's on airplane mode. Stupid iOS software.

I got the Samsung Galaxy S3 16gb in blue yesterday. This phone is freaking awesome. I already rooted it within five minutes of owning it, then proceeded to brick it a couple hours later haha. All is well though. I got it reflashed, and overall it's a super fast phone. I can't wait for it to get Jelly Bean!

As for the SGS3, I don't like it. The phone may be a powerhouse but with the stupid colors and rounded shape, it reminds me of the iFail 3G. Good thing I'm due for an upgrade around the time the next Nexus phone is supposed to come out. Once you go Nexus...
