At least you got all three names going down on the lease Sam. It sounds to me like you got the details worked out. But also let them know that this sort of thing is business and in no way should really affect or be based on you guys' friendship. None of you should take advantage of the other because of you being friends. Its a legally binding contract and all that shit. I'm sure you're already aware, but I thought I should point that out.
