Hey guys.... so while using my personal camera for work i somehow lost it or it was stolen from my car

I had the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 and i loved it.... the widescreen lens paired up with a killer picture and huge LCD screen made me love this camera....small enough to throw in your pocket if needed....but advanced enough to take panoramas, get very nice quality shots and 720p video.

thats the review and description of the camera i lost

i may have convinced my boss to let me throw the cost on my expense report.... all in all with the case, upgraded memory card, wires for tv, etc....i paid around $330-340

could you guys recommend a camera to replace this with ?
i thought about going right back to the new panasonic lumix that's being advertised on tv right now....its around the $399 range
ive had experience with sonys.... the tend to be pretty expensive for what you actually get tho

all thoughts are appreciated.... im pretty bummed about my loss

its definitely got some sweet options and sounds like it should take a nice picture.... i'll be losing alot by going with this lens vs my old 28mm-280mm (35mm) widescreen lens
then again this will def fit in a pocket and be less bulky

got a sample pic ?
send me your best shot....

I personally like Nikon or Cannon stuff it's all I've ever used and I've never had an issue.
