Yesterday while I was sitting with a friend at work we were watching the news and this came up it is CRAZY they can transplant a face from one human to another and it is a 1 million dollar operation!

saw it on the news this morning - its crazy as hell.  the transplant happened a while ago, but as of yesterday the woman is "revealing" herself and talking about it

I cant imagine what it must be like to have an operation like that...I can under stand why, but still modern medicine scares the daylites out of me. Maybe because i am a bit of a back woods country boy but still, face transplants them cloning an animal, could ultimately lead to very bad things

Of course it could but, in this instance its given a woman who was horribly maimed a very substantial part of her life back. I couldnt imagine going through that kind of anguish. I mean you can even look at the pics how her hair has started to grey in only 5 years,.. just sad

It'll be fun to see the body modifications of the future hopefully theyll go beyond piercings, tattoos and tits.
