Rich, I think they're trying to watch movies reliably without stealing.

Justin, you bring up a good point.  It seems that Netflix is trying to bring new ideas to improve their service, while Blockbuster is just trying to stay in business.  I will say that Blockbuster's customer service was horrible in the past and their policies were awful.

Blockbuster is attempting to stay alive by trying to copy netfilx business model.
