Rant about Acurazine

As some of you know I have been trying to get a set of TL wheels for my accord.  I was finally successful last week and have a set arriving this week.  However, today I log in and find a PM from an admin saying they are deleting my account because the majority of my posts are in selling threads.  Granted I have been trying to look for wheels...but I also read quite a bit over there and there is a lot of common ground between Honda and Acura vehicles.  I thought this was rather dickish....this is the only time I have ever tried selling or buying something over there.  Plus, even if I was just trying to buy and sell things I would be contributing to their community because I would 1. be buying no longer needed items from members so they can buy more stuff for their cars, or 2. selling things to members so they can improve their cars.

Sorry to rant...I just thought this was stupid.

That does sound kind of dumb.  I guess that's how they roll over there.  I was never that active over on acurazine, but didn't really like it a whole lot.  That's also why we have restrictions on people being able to create new threads when they are new members.

That's a bitch movement for them to do. I doubt any of the admins would pull something like that here.

i got the same response when i was selling my a-spec wheels. once they were sold im not allowed to post anything in the for-sale section. overall i don't really like it too much there.

Acurazine peeps were never really too welcoming of us Accord folks. Theres a super mod over there that's pretty cool and brought some goodies to our FLA ignaugural meet in Daytona, but for the most part they are kind of finicky and stuck up.

Damn I never knew that. I guess they have their reasons though. Odd thing is the JL amp I sold was to somebody on there and it seemed like just about all his post were in the black market section as well. I think he's still active.

acurazine banned me because i said "Ron A" is a fucking dick.

he deleted all my for sale items (i didnt only post in that section, i posted in a lot of threads)...

he deleted the threads saying where i got my items was "questionable" pretty much implying that the goods are stolen or not mine. i simply explained how i acquired them and such and he still fuckin deleted them so he goes "no more selling audio/video"...i reply "YOUR A DICK" and i go to login and it says:

Wow. I was wondering why I never saw you over there anymore.  Same thing kinda happened to me when I was selling my JL amp. Except it was a couple members that tried to say the amp was stolen because the guy who I originally bought it from had cut the wires but left a lil bit of them connected to the amp for whatever reason.  Well I never touched the amp from the time I bought it til the time I went to sell it but luckily I was able to produce the original thread with pics that showed that's how I bought it.  Come to think of it I had to do the same over on v6p. Guess I've been lucky....

I really do not understand their philosophy over there. I posted 1 thread saying I was looking for TL wheels, bought them from a member. And I posted 1 thread to sell my coupe wheels. I've also posted about 10 other messages in non-selling threads...and now I get some admin on my ass? Come on.

-Before I can "legally" sell or trade?  What the hell this is a car forum not a state prison.
