I just got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and they recommended that I get a new Cabin Air Filter I was about to until I heard the price of $70 and then he said he can do it for me for $60, which I still declined. I remember reading that it was pretty easy to change and I just squeezed the side of the glovebox and did not realize it would be that easy to reach, slideout, and drop it in.

I want to order the part and I want to just double check before I order it from Majestic Honda, unless you guys recommend I order from elsewhere. I am going to order the part for an Accord, '04, 4DR LX, KA5MT. For System/Component I looked under Heater Blower and from the illustration it seems that I need "Illust. No. 006, Product No. 1090204, Description, Element, Filter." I was hoping someone can please confirm them before I place my order. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Have a good one guys  .

Alright thanks for the input guys, im gonna go back to the body shop where i got my bumper painted and see what they tell me.
If you do not mind me asking where did you get your bumper painted, and are you happy with the shop's work? I would suppose that you are happy if you are going back.

Looky looky another NYCM member.... perfect timing lolz, as for brakes, oil changes dude DIY (Do It Yourself) it's so easy.... as for the paint and body work go back behind Shea Stadium while some shops are still around. They do good work! Glad you joined up!

Well I would prefer that someone else does it because I have never done them myself. I would feel better knowing someone more experienced did them so I do not mess anything up. However, I am a good learner and if someone was willing to show and help me I bet I would be able to manage them in the future by myself. For paint and body work I was hoping if you guys had specific shop names or locations because as we all know there is a barrage of car business' behind Shea and the road there is torn up. I have had friends that went there and only 50% of them were satisfied with their work. If you REALLY do think they are that GOOD then I would definitely take a chance and go there I suppose.

Could the NYC guys recommend a reputable Honda mechanic/shop that is good for upkeep, i.e. brakes, oil changes, etc. I would greatly appreciate this. If you do not mind, also a body shop that can do some touch up paint work? I live in Queens and that is obviously what I would prefer but I would travel a bit if it is really worth it.Thank you for your time and consideration.
