nice accord..I have one like it, minus the navi.
I am curious though..why did you spend so much money on wheels and body stuff, when you could've spent the same or a bit more to get the horrible dents out of the side panel..?
I am not calling you out or anything..I once had a prelude which had a giant, deep dent in the rear quarter panel. It always bugged me till the day i got rid of the car...
It is an expensive job, but you'll love your car way more after the job.
If i made an actual salary, i would actually pay my local body shop to take each and every ding out of my cars body..I also love my cm7
anyways, welcome to the forum.
P.S. Excuse me if this subject has already been discussed..

It has already been discussed extensively. You should've seen the car when she first bought it. The previous owner's gf/ex wife/whatever beat the ever living shit out of the car with a baseball bat or something along those lines.

Oh believe me. I am more than aware of the dents and have gotten many quotes and have even looked at quarter panels in junk yards. Yes the car was hit with a baseball bat, don't worry it'll get fixed

I've got the polishing tools if you want to learn... Also be careful when considering quarter panel replacement. Even a junk yard panel will be very expensive and the often have rust issues at the welds (like mine...)

It was just an option I was exploring. I'm trying every avenue. I've been talking with a few people about trading a large art job for the repairs. Worst case scenario it'll get fixed at tax time.

That's what I said.
My search for a reasonable resolution continues.

New panel will be more than 1k. Have you considered trying to pull it yourself

My friend Jason actually helped me pull out half of it. Yes it used to be worse. I have thought about trying to get behind the interior panels and push it out

Don't know if you can get it from inside. Worth a shot though

May 4th.. it's going down, going under the knife!!! Won't see the car for a few weeks but I'll be able to drop by and take pictures. This is such a dream come true. I'm going to lose my $#!/ when I pick it up!
