Have you looked into first time home buyer programs (assuming you are a first time home buyer)?  I wouldn't have been able to buy my house without it.

Ike, yeah we're taking advantage of those programs.  The issue is the area we want compared to what are maximum house price range is. We're slightly below. Lol

But we'll get there in time. No worries.
