Other DRL's what differences are there between the 03-05 and 06-07 headlights? also is there a size difference between coupe and sedan headlights?

I believe the DRL's are the only functional difference between the two.

Derek and Jason are correct.  All headlights for 03-07 coupe and sedans are identical.  The DRL's are just a difference in wiring.  I though everyone knew this already.
