I recommend it to everyone who is on a budget and wishes to get a remarkable Radar without having to spend a lot of $. You can Google reviews and tests and you will see what I'm talking about. In one of the reviews the Pro 78 had an even better range detecting cops than the STi or the V1.

I feel like the only guy that doesn't have a radar detector.

No, all of us Va'ers dont have one except for Blinx cuz they're illegal in VA. I've been thinking about getting one just for our yearly road trip down to Myrtle Beach.  The cops down in NC are sneaky.  They'll have a guy standing on top of a bridge that crosses over the highway and he'll shoot the radar down at the traffic on the highway while his buddies are all lined up at the on ramp half way in the woods waiting for his signal.

BTW RJ if the Veil stuff actually works it would do more than block out your plates during meets. Dont forget we've go a good amount of red light cameras around here and more and more speeding cameras are popping up everyday.

ive got one and i live in central va.  its only a 40 dollar fine unless your up in dc which then its 300.  its a non moving violation so it doesnt affect your license or your insurance.

Central va is a lil more lenient I believe as fas as cops attitude for pulling you over for dumb shit.  These Fairfax and Prince William boys will get you for anything and everything. So a $40 fine 3 times a month would add up.... I've got pulled over for my legal tint at least 3-4 times in the last 6 months.

ya know i've been tempted to try the veil stuff, but don't know if it's worth the money for it.
