Good man all that is great to hear. Yeah I have worked out since I was about 17, but for the past 4 months it's been kind of a 3 times a week thing. Just trying to keep blood in my muscles and maintain shape while my time is invested in other things at the moment. I definitely cut back on drinking though. Not that I needed it, but it wont hurt.

Just getting back into the swing at work after a morning at the doctors.

It's good that your trying to stop smoking bro. As for getting into shape again, I've been trying that for like ages yet its been an epic failure every time. btw, I'm in a cisco class attempting to learn about VSLM and doing router labs, yet reading about suspension parts for the accord. :mrgreen:

Suffering through boredom at work and watching all the bikers riding up and down the main strip I work on. That's the one thing I like about Memorial Day is that all the bikers are in town for Rolling Thunder.   Oh and on another note this will be my second complete day of not smoking and that's even after drinking last night which is usually my weakest moment.
