just sitting at work (day shift is not so bad after all just the getting up at 0530 is hell ) being very bored and thinking about a lot of things that are on my mind.... I know, everyone prepare for snow in april big mike is actually thinking

And I feel like i am dying  i am on day 6 without a smoke... my head is pounding

ya i can never tell either. i will usually ask what is bothering her, then after awhile i will let her be. that way i cant get in trouble even more for something i said.... lol

Thanks fab... the last time i tried i made it almost a whole month but then my friend had a bad car wreck and i picked back up when we were at the hospital with that lol but i made it thru last night hanging out with all of my friends and most all of them smoke and i made it thru that without taking one(my friend justin held one in my face every 5 minutes) I should be good... just the headache and stuff is killing me

Hang in there Mike. My wife and I made a deal that we're going to cold turkey the quitting after we finish our last pack. (I've got a few left and so does she)

Back  OT, I'm watching the Disney channel with the oldest spawn while posting this and waiting for Chino to call so me and the fam can head into NYC.

Try chantix, you'll want to puke every time you smoke a cigarette. It sucks for a few days but it worked really well for me.
