If you take 10-15 minutes messing with the bulbs you'll manage to get them to aim a lot lower and reduce that glare. I've had HIDs for 3 months now, never been flashed and I'm in NYC.

save your money.. if you want a cheap way to get better light output, do a 9005 conversion.. then i would save money for a proper HID setup..
