So my ignition switch is acting up. Ill turn the key and I hear a slight electrical noise coming from it and the car doesn't start. Wiggle the key a little and it starts. I found a replacement one on rock auto. I don't have an issue with changing it myself but the question I have is about the keys. It looks like it comes with new keys? But they don't have the keypad on them. I'm guessing I will need to get the door rekeyed and can I program new keypads or keys myself? I'm debating on just dropping it at the dealer for this repair then not deal with it.

They will need to be programmed at the dealer unless you have access to a programing device i.e. Fly100 etc. As for the door, I think you're correct. You'll need to get it rekeyed. I hate to say this but I would get a quote from the dealer to fix the ignition first. It may save you some hassle.
