tsx AT tranny was designed with a sport manual mode, can that shifter lever assembly fit accord CMc hassis? if yes maybe I can use a tsx ecu and shifter lever assembly to gain AT manual mode on my accord?

The shifter assembly should fit. Good luck getting the sport manual thing working.
