Sometimes it idles like I'm on the gas rpms are at around 2000. if I put it in to D,R it moves on its own. I think its a dirty TB. Anybody heard of this?

uh, yeah it can, when it still is on fast idle. it can go pretty fast on its own, it will even shift into 2nd

Is this when the engine is still cold? All EFI cars idles higher when cold and gradually lowers as it warms up.
