I think I'm going to bite the bullet and pick one up too when I put in my cigar order.
Tim, I might take you up on your offer to pick me up a few Opus X cigars if I can't find any locally soon.

What size did you order? Word from the almighty Tim, order a bigger humidor than you need. Leave room for growth
Please don't say that. I'm only passing on advice given from others with more experience than me. It's also my experience though. I filled up my 120 count humidor within a few weeks. My only issue with my 500 count humidor is that I need more trays for it. I've gotta order those soon.
Ike, just let me know and we'll work something out. They may be hard to find right now, but I'll be posting when they come into my local shop so you guys know when to start looking for them. I'm also planning on coming to some import event in/near Ocean City in the beginning of June. Not sure how far you are from there, but I can always bring 'em down if you want to meet up.

Ike try cigarbid for a humidor. Mine was 22 dollars shipped. For a 30-50 count. I'm going to build a tupperdor for opus x's and store them desperately for a while.

Tryin one of the little guys that came in my Acid sampler, I believe its called a Blondie, while I'm grillin up dinner. They're ok, just little quick hitters. But I think they're funny cause they look like joints.

Having a Padron 1964 Anniversary Exclusivo Natural right now. It's been one of my favorites for years. If you haven't tried one, pick one up. The 1964 Aniversary's and Serie 1926 are both amazing cigars. I haven't had one that I didn't enjoy thoroughly.

Which 8-5-8? Maduro, Natual, Sun Grown or Claro?
If you can, pick up a Padron 1964. It's a damn good smoke.

Maduro. Maybe a natural too
I want to eventually get to where when I go out for a smoke on the weekend, I buy a cigar to go in place of what I smoke. That way if one weekend I go smoke, and don't feel like buying a stick, I don't have to.
I also really kinda want to try one of the AF between the lines. It looks interdasting

I know where you can pick one up. That's a good idea for the sticks though. Eventually you'll get to the point where you will get a fiver of your favorites.

Got this off of cigarbids.
Any tips for setting these things up? The simpler the better...

Would putting a tabacco-like substance in the humidor along with the cigars affect the cigars at all? I'd use a divider but I'm not sure if that is enough.

What I'm doing, is I took a a damp sponge with distilled water and set it on top of a zip lock bag inside the humidor. This is called seasoning the humidor. I'm basically bringing it up to humidity until my heartfelt beads and hygrometer get here
