Maybe the shop purposefully sabotaged the radio so you would have to return and give them your monies?!?!?  INGENIOUS!!  LOL.  On the serious, it might be something minor that a quick investigation might find and you could simply fix it yourself.  Hope it works out Denny.

I don't know what to think about my garage, I think I'll start looking for a new one. They want to charge me 1100 for new struts and labor and some people have told me I'm getting screwed. Plus when I got my brake switch fixed, she quoted me 115 dollars...."Kerry isn't that like a 6 dollar part?" She scrambled on the phone for a second and gave me another price that was less than half....hmmmm....

It was for all four quick struts, Monroe to be exact. Which I read somewhere aren't the best for imports..

Yeah.  For that kind of money, you can get a decent aftermarket set.  Hell, if you get an aftermarket suspension, I'll install it for you.  But you gotta come to Ohio.

Now.

Honestly I see it at my part time job all the time. They quoted you a real high number before even calling on the parts. Same with the brake switch she had no clue the part was so cheap. They are not giving proper estimates they seem to shoot high and if you get the work done there they keep the difference.

It's real.. and I love my Tokico shocks. I wish this sale was happening when I bought mine but.. oh well...haha I'd get the HTS series. Unless you need to be able to raise/lower these are as good as any aftermarket shocks with adjustable dampeners.
