Let's get things started again NECM/NYCM.  I'll update this list as I hear about more shows and meets.  Most of the credit goes to Facebook for having these events posted on them.  Feel free to add events to this thread as well and I'll updated the OP accordingly.  There's some potential in these, but we also need to start planning out another NECM/NYCM meet sooner rather than later.  So get washed, waxed, and let's roll out.

Dave, I was looking at a few options for the NYCM/NECM meet. I was thinking the weekend of June 23rd being that the NY guys have some events planned the weeks before and after that weekend. I was thinking we Hammanassett another shot or there is a small park in Ansonia, CT  that I have to call about booking that weekend. Also, I can fit about 7-8 cars at my place for a bbq and a cruise after.

Rich, if you want to be the one to spearhead this, more power to you.  You know I'll help out in any way I can.  But, if you want to get this going in June, my recommendation is to start planning now... 2 months will fly by before you know it.  How much does it cost to get into these parks?  If I remember correctly, last year we ditched out on Hammanassett because the entrance fee to the park was something ridiculous.  My mentality is that if we're just going to park and hang out for a bit, why pay for that?  However, I'd be down with whatever the majority wants to do.  A meet is a meet either way.  Hang out.  Take pics.  Go for a cruise.  Eat food.  Have fun.

Original post updated.  That Fuddruckers meet that was scheduled for this Sunday has been postponed to May 27th.  I also added in Import Face Off, which is in NH on May 20th.

Anyone interested in the Hard Parking Meets?  I might actually be able to attend these now on Friday nights.

Hard Parking is tough for me with me work hours and driving an hour to worcester. i would be to tired and would only get to chill for about 30 min. But i'm  defintely down for Honda Fest in Lawerance. Dave from Team ECR is throwing the even and i've known him for a while and i would love to have a good showing of 7 Gen at this event. tired of seeing the same cars every summer at car shows.

I think the entrance to hammonassett was like $15.  Let me check the website.

I just checked and couldnt find the price. I think it was between $15-$20. I might make a camping trip out of it.

Jason - Either way, let me know what you can swing this season.  We should try to make it out to a few events.  Hell, we don't live that far from each other, and I'd be willing to travel to some of these meets if you and a few others are interested in rolling to them.  You still have my cell #?

Nelson - I think the entrance fee to the park might be different for in-state versus out-of-state residents.  We might need to research that first.

Is anyone interested in going to the "season opener meet" this Sunday, May 6th from 11am-? in Bristol, RI.  It's at Colt State Park, which I know a few of you are familiar with.  Let me know, and if anyone needs my cell #, just PM me.

This is the link to the park fees for Hammonassett State Park. The fees are significantly cheaper after 4pm. I will be calling a private park today to get some info on reserving it for June 23rd.

You know what, I think that's what happened. I think by the time we were all done and went on our separate ways it was 4:00. So I just paid the $7.

Rich, does that private park have a campground?
