is there special intake manifold going to be built for this or you going to use stock or maybe from j32 from type-s engine?

Debating, since this will be a hard core FI build there is alot I can get away with there, but right now I am actually thinking of using a 2nd gen cl-s/tl-s intake, the internal ports are actually much larger the the 7th gen/3rd gen tl intake maini.

yeah thats one i was thinking. i guess that internal actuator can be removed or something that runs off throttle body cable or something

Iv'e been looking at adapting the 7th gen actuator, they are very different from the old style.

hm. doesnt that actuator only works when vtec kicks in?(you know that second throtle cable that goes from main throtle body on cl-s to second "throtle" thing on back side of manifold

No, actually that acturator normally function right around 4K and VTEC around 4700RPM.

you right. our 7th gen does have kinda same actuator IMT IMRC (got shop manual from Rich and its all in there. pretty neat book, a lot better then hanes manual)

Sleeves are installed, next step is to deck the block, then bore and hone to the final size for the pistons.

Paul has mad typos. Carrie told me that when I went down there last year. She explained that if everything is misspelled and has typos, Paul is posting. If everything is spelled correctly and has proper punctuation, it's her posting for him. I lol'ed.
