I'm going where the work is. There's no way I'm going from one nazi ass state to another. Cali is out. FL is cool, but the economy is fucked down there, so I would have a hard time securing a job. I'm trying to get a different job within my company in TN right now. I won't have to roll over my 401k and I would be moving to a much better department and job.

Nothing beats having your work schedule changed against your requests and being forced to work weekends now. Maybe I should get a job where you work Jason.

yeah well my job seems to be losing alot of employees and with no new hires in months. But it's cool with me, i'll take on the added work to keep me from faling asleep at my desk. After a while it takes forever for the day to end

Yeah, it's the opposite here. The work never ends and they keep hiring people. They keep making it worse for the guys in my department. In the past 5 years I've been here, they've fucked things up really bad.
