I'm sure it's easily doable, the only thing I would consider is what length you need in order to keep the bar at a slight preload, much alike how you usually have to jack up the front of the Accord in the middle in order to install the OEM V6 6MT strut tower bar and some other aftermarket strut tower bars.

I got mines off of ebay. Only took a few days from Malaysia which is pretty damn quick.
