Any suggestions on good apps for iPhone? Just picked mine up on Friday and have been searching for the "must have" apps. Lets avoid the customary iPhone vs Android discussion. It's a work phone and I didn't get to pick although I can't say I'm disappointed! Just curious about the good apps. Thanks guys.

To be honest, I spent a lot of time on the throne browsing through the app store and grabbing whichever app I liked. What exactly are you looking for?

Just curious what everyone likes. I'm not into gaming on my phone, I have a computer and PS3 for that. Mostly interested in apps that increase productivity and efficiency. I already have weather, scoremobile, pandora, whatsapp, poynt, and all the social crap, etc.

If they make a gas mileage app, and you like to track it I find mine really handy. By the way no need for the argument in this case the free phone is always the best phone!

Meh. I'm already looking at getting another phone for the customization aspect of it. Hopefully someone cracks the kernel on my phone so I don't have to.

You heard it hear first. There are alot of rumblings that Google is going to outright buy Metro PCS. That would give them an OS, a harware manifacturer, and a service provider....

That's cool. Let's see what happens. Sad to say, the one thing that holds me back from leaving Verizon is because their coverage is better than an other company. The fact that I can keep my unlimited data (for now), get a decent discount through work, and all the other companies suck the same for customer service too, is the main reason why I don't bother changing to another provider.

If it does happen expect the cell phone business to change alot toward the customer. I read an article 5 or 6 years ago about how Google wanted to off fair priced cell phones. The metro PCS network sucks at the moment but, with a cash injection it could become very very good.

Metro pcs doesn't manufacture any phones that I know of. Who the hell is google's manufacturer?

If any of you are investors you might want to consider adding PCS to your portfolio if they buy it like the did with Moto mobility they will pay 40- 60% above todays price.

looks like the US government is filing to block the AT&T/ T-Mobile merger. Thank god.. The last thing we need in this economy is a duopoly of wireless carriers.. or a monopoly of GSM carriers.
