Not really, I thought that too. Those phones cannot be sold again, they're sent back to the warehouse and are made Certified Like New Replacements. If your phone messes up, that's where they send you warranty replacements from.

Assuming that they are not just re boxing the items as new. I've received new electronics from companies in the past, and found other peoples pictures, or settings changes.

Thats messed up but, not with cellphones companies Verizon & AT&T, cant speak for the rest. My gf works in an AT&T corporate store and she tells me the same, when customers return phones, they ship em back out.

You mean Upgrade Fee  If you guys are serious, I'll tell you guys how to request me calling you(since if I enter your account out of nowhere, might be fishy in their eyes) and I'll def hook you guys up, even with free accessories. Shoot me a pm when you guys wanna do it.

Probably out of my next pay check I'm going to go ahead and upgrade to the 4s and sell my 4 to my dad just because he needs a new phone and doesn't want to pay for it. I'll get with you in the next few weeks and see if it'd work out better to go through you or just go to the Verizon store

It may be worth it if you can hook me up with free accessories that Way he can have a car charger or something. My main concern is if I upgrade now then in a few months the 5 come out.

Also, I know the 4S is a world phone. That being said, When I travel to Canada in the next few months, How much would it cost for me to be able to use my phone while I am there? I know there is a nationwide plus Canada plan but I do not want my whole family ot change our plan just for one to two trips to Canada to party.

Yeah I'll def send you free stuff no problem. About the new iPhone, Apple said they're coming out with iOS 6 in the Fall so...I think new OS means new phone like when the 4S came out :

It would be like .69 a minute in Canada and your phone will work. I'll check out the full details for you. If you have a talk/text plan, I couldnt recommend changing to a Nationwide Plus Canada bc we do not offer txting in Canada.
