My weekend was good and bad.  The bad was not really having my car, having to swap out my clutch pedal like 3 times, busting my clutch master cylinder, then finding out the welds on my pedal got in the way of me bolting it back on.  Some time with a grinder and I was able to get my car running under it's own power made things okay until I get another pedal.  The good part was that I was able to hang with my friends and go strawberry picking on Saturday and then have a bbq.

I'm thinking of getting an 08 Si sedan, thoughts? I want a honda but really don't want another Accord

Well, sedan would be better. I haul my son to the pool maybe a few times a week. I think that car would be ok for that and to commute as a DD.

I officially hate my cable company. This is at least the third time now that they were idiots when installing their cable box. I went over to my aunt's to fix her computer and some other things, and noticed that those fucktards used RCA cables for an HDTV and HD cable box. What a bunch of dicks. Here's the kicker: they already had the HDMI cable hooked up, but they also plugged the RCA cables in, and the cable box has been set to use them instead of the HDMI! So I ripped that mofo out, and all is good again. I think I am going to take this RCA cable to their corporate office and strangle someone with it. :mrgreen:

Jer, the 08 Si sedan has just as much interior room as the CM does and its quick as shit too out the box. Fun little car to drive in. i was looking at those when I was shopping for my car but couldn't afford it.

It's actually not that bad.  What I don't like about HDMI is the fact that all the motherfucking manufacturers won't play nice with each other, so that creates problems.  I have HDMI on my home theater system in my living room.

That's why I just tell them to run the cable in to my place and tell them to NOT connect my cable box to anything.  I always disconnect their hack job and redo it anyway.

So I still don't have internet at my new apartment, I've been dealing with other issues (leaky showers and such).  but I decided I needed some input from you guys.

Now, this is clearly a downgrade, but there's benefits as well.  Obviously, you guys know I've been shopping around for a new car to replace my gas guzzler since I have a long commute now. well my friend (salesman) has an 06 LX accord sedan with 64k on the clock that he wants to sell to me for $12800.  That's about the price I paid for my 03 EX v6 coupe.  Is it worth it for the downgrade?

well let me rephrase, it's not just a commuter car.  I mainly need a reliable, gas efficient, family sedan. for no more than my payments are now (under $300/month)

if thats what you paid for yours you obivously paid down on your car you might consider re-financing your car. i did i lowered payments by 75 buck with the same amount of months left.

That price sounds sort of high to me for an LX. We obviously live in different markets though.
