I was under the impression that there were opportunities for advancement when I started. It's 4 years later and I'm doing the same exact thing, even though I've approached managers multiple times asking for more responsibility and opportunities to do something else. I think it's just poor management because I have the worst management team in the entire department. I'm still waiting for a meeting with the department manager since my bosses are limp dicks when it comes to doing anything for their employees.

That sucks. It sounds like they're taking lessons from Bank of America. Being in customer service, I'm super critical about how companies treat their customers. There are quite a few places that I refuse to bring my business to. It sucks that these corporations can get away with treating people like shit.
