Even though travelling sucks when you have to do it a lot, it beats the monotony of my job.  The fact that I have the same routine on a daily basis, my quality of life has been reduced greatly.

It's not bad it depends where I go and for what. I should be in the office for a long time now though. I've done alot of the out of the way stuff. Not going home at night sucks.

So, my whole senior class is going to Medieval Times, which was something organized by our school. We're all dressing up as medieval people and such. However, I just heard that like the whole rest of my class is planning on getting wasted before going. Yeah sure, that sounds cool [/sarcasm]. I mean, I'm not anti-drinking or anything, but what's the fucking point? Do they think it's cool or something because they're under-age drinking?

I have yet to understand this. I know a lot of you guys here are a lot older, which is understandable to be a drinker. But during your early stages of life, when what you do in school decides your fate? I don't think so. Not to mention the fact that they're now going to be driving back to school under the influence. Fuck my school.

The most fucked up thing about that whole story is that you have to dress up like medieval people. LOL! The only thing that comes to mind is Role Models. LOL!

But yeah drinking before you go and then driving back is def stuuuuppp. I'm not saying that's good at any age but the consequences if you dont die first of all are very detrimental if you get caught. Believe me, $2K, 6 mos suspended license and being on your record for a long time later I learned my lesson. And I got off easy compared to most...

I like getting drunk before big events, like concerts, professional sports games, semi professional sports games, horse-shoe, dart, pool...I actually miss that part of my life.  I don't think there is anything wrong drinking before events, as long as you are of age of course!  I did it in high school, but not at school sponsered events...pretty dumb if you ask me.

Here is my rant of the day. Ugh, I fucking hate my state. So, there is a high school about 15 minutes away from me. It is called Itawamba Agricultural High School, IAHS, and they have canceled prom because two lesbians wanted to go together. First off, I don't really support homosexuals, but we are all humans there for they are entitled to any right that any one else is. Don't want to get too into that... What sucks is that the school made national news. I just saw it on CNN! I finally understand my MS has such an negative connotation, there are a bunch of damn pricks down here. Yes, I know there are pricks everywhere, massholes for instance jk, but seriously. Ignorant, hypocritical people need to shut the hell up and stop ruining what could be a good state. There are plenty of homosexuals at my school and they will be at our prom and there won't be a word said. I guess this is the class of people... That school is a county school and is out in the country where my school is a city school. Who knows... but it just pisses me off every time we make the news it is because someone fucked up. end rant. Jeff, that is stupid. I don't understand why anyone would get wasted before a school event. I dont know about your school, but there are cops everywhere at my school and school events so that would just be asking for trouble.

I'm I the only guy here that got drunk before going into school?  We had late start Wednesdays every week so the teachers could have a big ass meeting, so we didn't start classes until 9.  We all got together at the regular time and got trashed before school.

how ever in bigger news, conan o'brien is going on tour and his first stop for some dumb reason is Eugene!! needless to say bought a 60 dollar ticket, figured i could buy more when i got home, 6 hours later they're all sold out! people whom bought the 40 dollar tix are selling them for 350 a pair... im stoaked. sorry just had to share.

Goddamnit.  I'm so fucking tired right now.  My junkie neighbor decided it was appropriate to blare music from 2:30 am until about 5:00 am when I slammed my fist against the wall a few times.  Funny how they've only lived here for like 2 months and everyone that lives in the building hates her and the cops have already been here once (that I know of) because of them.  Unless they learn to be good neighbors very soon, they will be getting to know the police a lot better.

This woman is the type of person I don't want to confront directly.  She called the cops on my neighbor because he was trying to get her to turn the music down.  I'm not good at non violent conflict resolution.  I'm going to go with the indirect approach on this one.

On the topic of my delinquent neighbor, I spoke to both of my lanlords on my drive in to work this morning.  It turns out that they are well aware of this woman and what she is doing.  They are in the process of having her evicted and recommended that I call the police the next time it happens.  It looks like I'll be getting to know some of the local police officers in my town.
