I know the feeling, I talk a good game but, I probably work on average 55 hours a week. Some weeks alot less, and some alot more.

I work 40, I'm a big believer that if you can't get your shit done in 40 then something is wrong. I've got shit to do so I'm not sticking around and working for free. Salary sucks...

I know the feeling salary does suck unfortunately. The thing that is wrong in my position is that I need 2 more people. It's one of those situations where you get punished for over achievement because you do something once your expected to do it all the time.
