OK got that screw out after all, alittle pressure worked! Well looks like it takes a Panasonic CR 1616 3V battery...

Real good man, I've been hitting weights since I was 18 and I never had my body as defined and tone as now.. it's crazy .. my wife looks phenomenal 2 .. I wish I had known about this P90X back in the day man.. once the 90 days are over .. I'll post the photos and open a thread just for P90X.

Quit smoking cigarettes on saturday night.. haven't smoked one since.. luckily I've only been smoking for about a year.  So the need for one isn't too bad.. however, I work in a stressful environment, which is the only reason I've been craving one.

P90X, isn't that the "Dietary Supplement?"

Is it in pill form or a powder to drink?

The reason I ask is that all these "Dietary Supplement" pills KILL your liver. I used to weight train back in my late teens early tweties and I used to take shit like this and a couple of years later abnormal liver function tests starting appearing and I don't really do much to kill my liver. Just my .02 for your future well being.

Yeah in a nut shell you got it right... it's muscle confusion.. so you see the results fast and it's efficient FULL BODY WORK OUT.. back in the day I would just do some cardio and weights.. but not work out my whole body.. I been boxing since I was a rugrat.. the work outs are 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2 each day.. 7 days a week... 1 day you can choose to rest or do yoga or stretch.. something that isn't intense...

Example

PHASE 1 Weeks 1-3  

Day1. Chest and Back + AbX
Day2. Plyometrics
Day3. Shoulder and Arms + Abx
Day4. YogaX
Day5. Legs and Back + AbX
Day6. KenpoX
Day7. Rest or StretchX


I'm currently here on Phase 2

PHASE 2 weeks 5-7

Day1. Chest, Shoulders, Triceps + AbX
Day2. Plyometrics
Day3. Back and Biceps + Abx <--- 2night
Day4. YogaX
Day5. Legs and Back + AbX
Day6. KenpoX
Day7. Rest or StretchX
