Cravings arent bad, maybe one every few days.  I just feel like total shit like I've got the full blow flu.  I also started running again right at the time I quit so I'm sure that's helping bring up some of the congestion I've got.

Well I started the dry spell after the stress attack I had, and now I have to continue it due to some meds I am taking. I am glad I don't feel as if I need to grab a beer to feel good like I used to. Believe it or not. I am accomplishing all of this with half a twelve pack in my fridge lol.

It's carazy to see how ppl can quit for so long without having one. I quit for 1 and half years and then i just couldn't take it anymore after the smell of tobacco just got to me. now im only doing maybe 1, top 2-3 a day...i need to quit since im still young

i smoked for 8 years, then started coughing up blood and some black shit, it know has been 6 years since i quit and im much healthier because of it!

I am about to get my car lowered. I got a quote for $419.00 to install an Eibach Pro-Kit, Ingalls rear camber kit, and an allignment. Does this sound reasonable?

My shop would charge around $250.00 and that’s a high quote…

That sucks because they are the only place that I could find to install them. My normal shop wouldn't do it because they didn't buy the parts.

Ask them to break down that quote to give you a better idea of what they are charging. I would assume it's just for the alignment, and labor but it never hurts to ask

He said that the rear would be $150, the Front $200.00 and $69.00 for the camber and allignment.
