At first I didn't know what to do without a cigarette. Lately, it doesn't really even phase me since it's been so long. I would be a liar if I didn't say I had a craving every now and then. They are just less frequent since it's been so long. I also have a lot of friends who smoke, so sometimes just hanging around them is enough.

Its been two months for me. I'll tell you its tough for me since my wife says she's to "weak" to quit on her own. All you gotta do is exactly what you are doing D. Take it day by day.

I'm at the Jacksonville airport right now actually. I will be back down June 29th - July 2nd, and again July 7th - July 10th. If all goes well I may be done with my Jacksonville travels for a bit. Although I may be required one more week late July early august. The early July weeks are currently the only two scheduled though.

See that's how it was with Ashley and I the first time around. Coincidentally she quit again a couple days after me after yappin about it for the last 6 months. Maybe it's just a woman thing.... They dont seem to be able to do much motivating on their own like working out and of course the situation at hand.
