best advice? stop talking to her. Otherwise one of 2 things is gonna happen:

A) I'm gonna ride up on my 3.0 frame and kick your fucking ass back on track

B) She'll corner you with her immature stupidity and you're gonna do somethignreally fucking stupid


I was in that situation once when I was 17. I snapped at the girl at school, when I came back to myself I was handcuffed. Take my advice. Or get ready for an ass-kicking.

haha around 225? dunno I'm guessing. Some momentum and I'll have your ass on the floor. No matter how much coffee you've chugged.

I gained 10 lbs in the last two weeks =D up to 175! Riding that damn bike to the gym and back sure is kicking my ass though


So. Michael. I got a check list for you of things to do.

1. Delete bitch out of your phone, myspace, facebook, and any other.

2. Ignore the bitch. Phone calls, e-mails, sms, mms, holotapes, whatever.

3. Ignore the bitch.

4. IGNORE THE BITCH SOME MORE.

5. Take me with you to VA,

6. Ignore the bitch.


See a pattern? Straight to the point. No subliminal massages or anything.

That one time you DONT ignore her will make all your work for nothing.

I'm only about a buck eighty athletic, but trained in Muay Thai kickboxing quite a good deal. Going to take some close combat weapons training soon. Can't wait to start. Hey SECM Big Mike (lol), are you in law enforcement?

I am 5-9 245 I have actually gained 10 pounds in the last 2 months but lost fat so im doing prety good...
