Fucking irritated. I took a job off of a team mate because he wasn't gonna make it to the job and didn't have the equipment the customer wanted. Well, being a new system(X1), they haven't got anything right for it but want us to sell it anyway. The customer wanted x1 and i got counted as an up sell for it. Well my box was bad(go fucking figure) so I'm asking the teammate I took the job from questions. He refers me to a more senior tech who comes to help me. He told me I should have them take my next job because it will take a while for us to get this new system up and going. I requested the dispatcher take my job like he said and the dispatcher comes back and says "don't sell anything if you don't know how to install it" and "think about time and your route". Then 30 minutes later, he sends out a mass message to EVERYONE in our system and says everyone is good except for me because I have to go help the guy who got the job he took off of me. Called me the fuck out to everyone. When I did what I was supposed to in order to help my team.

I kept thinking about it all day. I screen shot the shit he sent and sent them to my supervisor and explained the situation. He said he is gonna talk to the dispatchers supervisor tomorrow.
