I wounldn't want any of them.. They are all shit until they end that exclusive agreement with AT&T. The technology is hand cuffed by the network, and thats sad. I honestly think the Google Nexus One is the best phone on the market right now but, it's going to force Apple to come over the top which is a good thing.

They're handcuffed until jailbroken and then the world is your oyster with regards to the phone. That agreement is also rumored to be coming to an end soon. I've heard good things about the Nexus one but isn't that one handcuffed to (barf) Verizon?

Actually no It's released for T-Mobile, and is the first phone available for purchase unlocked. It can be bought through Google with no carrier association... Apple should really follow suit on this my fear is that they will not, and sell exclusive rights to the highest bidder again. Google is a great threat to them for the first time, and I would argue that they are ahead at the moment. It's great for consumers because I can't imagine the technology that is going to come from them pushing each other to the next level.

Well, if its released for T-mobile, its released for anyone with a GSM network. I don't know if Apple would follow suit as they see themselves on top of the game with so many units sold. Google may be true competition now but I'm waiting to see the outcome of this current battle. Like I said before, Google doesn't have the track record that Apple has with the iPhone so at the moment, Apple isn't scared of the "upstart" known as the Nexus One.

No, I like/need this stuff.  I don't know shit about it.  My wife and I both need new phones, and I have always just had regular flip phones...camera, bluetooth, speaker phone, etc.  but I don't want to go and get an iPhone, when the google could possibly be the better buy.  I've had my current phone for like 2 years and some change, same goes for my wife...

Yeah Im not getting into it either. Everyone has their opinion. On a slightly different note. I am thinking about starting to make apps. My friend started it about a week ago. He got his apps out there and is making 300 a day off of one app. Im not sure how long that will last but I am thinking if I we could keep up with an app a week or something there is some potential to make some money. He has no formal training just a book, but I think we are going to both go take a course on app development at the college we are attending. You guys better buy my apps!
