All German cars are expensive to repair. Repairs on my '91 MkII GTi were ridiculously expensive. As Z has pointed out, they are little over engineered. Don't get me wrong, I still love VW's and Bimmers. I just don't want to own one because it is such a pain in the ass to maintain.

Here is a plan. Lease one for three years, use bmws 3 years no maintenece and use the warranty for everything else. Whatdo you guys mean by over engineered?

Ohhh, yeah. I would agree. On our S550 you had to press like 4 buttons to change the radio channel and some other crazy stuff. It even took me a while to figure out how to work the seat in the bimmer.

Ehhh. That video gave me motion sickness. The sound quality sucked too. Who gives a shit about loud. Take off the exhaust from your K24 and it will be just as loud. Trust me, I ran nothing but an open header on the dyno once and it was just as loud (just not as deep).

So, my computer is up and running smoothly again thanks too Jeff. I had a few infections and none of my drivers had been updated. Jeff took control of my computer and took care of it, it was awesome. Hopefully it will not mess up anymore, especially with me running av software now. It is faster in general and I have youtube again! Oh, this was a porn free process.
