^Trust me, if I had the motivation I would be DIYing something around the house or the car. This weekend I'll be painting the baby room and putting her furniture together and cleaning the carpets and raking the yard. Maybe that'll put my mind at ease.

hit a heavy bag, or speed bag...working out in general should help
